A “white” beer, even though they’re typically not purely white. The “white” probably refers to the high-level of yeast and carbonation. Witbiers often come served with an orange or lemon slice, though I don’t generally use one.

Witbier is very refreshing, in my opinion, and I love that it’s usually unfiltered and cloudy!
