I've drank several wheat beers so far this spring. New Belgium fo sho produced a 1 of a kind witbier; I had it on draft. It's appearance is deceptive for the amount of flavor it has. All in all I am an Asheville native and declare that this wit has got no-thAng on the Wedge Wit

Funny though, this beer I poured didn't have much yeast sediment in the bottom at all. Usually wheat beers are swirled to create a yeasty head, which is then poured beautifully over the top.

But this one didn't have much going on... maybe it's the 22oz bottle... maybe their a bit yeastier in 12oz bottles.

The Organic Mothership Wheat beer was super light, but it actually had more flavor than the color led me to believe. I thought it was pretty good! But it was pretty light... but it was cool that they added those how to drink the mothership instructions... but I wonder if it was added because it was just such a light beer that they wanted to maximize every single yeast spec they could?
